About the Role

We’re hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll provide 1-on-1 support to help children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate small wins

Requirements

• Experience working with children (e.g., SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, or autism support)
• ABA experience a plus
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation

Pay

$21–$26/hour based on experience
