RBT Floater with Guaranteed Hours
About the role
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Floater who holds current RBT certification and has at least 1 year of prior experience providing direct ABA services. This fast-paced role supports multiple learners daily and requires a passion for representing the field and our company positively by implementing industry best practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, advocate for learners' best interests, and support the training of incoming staff.

Responsibilities
- Implement ABA services using industry best practices
- Support multiple learners daily in a fast-paced environment
- Advocate for learners' best interests and maintain a positive, flexible outlook
- Assist in training incoming staff
- Demonstrate skill in implementing positive and proactive de-escalation strategies in accordance with QBS: Safety Care guidelines
Requirements
- Hold current RBT certification with the BACB for at least 1 year
- Availability to support the closing shift until 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
- Proven ability and willingness to work with learners of all ages, support needs, and communication styles
Preferred Qualifications
- More than 6 months of RBT certification experience
- Relevant coursework toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in ABA or related degrees
