Rays Security Officer (Night Shift)

Duties

• Control access at entry points
• Patrol stadium grounds, buildings and other assigned areas
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols
• Monitor CCTV and other security technology
• Ensure security program requirements are achieved at your assigned fixed or mobile security post during your shift
• Conduct routine safety and inspections as assigned to identify hazards
• Cook with public safety officials when appropriate
• Complete reports, log activities, and other assigned administrative duties
• Aid with operational needs of the stadium and other departments
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all employees and guests

• Ability to remain composed while under pressure and de-escalate
• Willingness to enhance a professional work environment with safety and security
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and flexible in a constantly changing and dynamic work environment
• Physical demands and environment: Overnight shift (12am - 8am Monday-Sunday), standing and walking, indoors and outdoors, noisy and crowded stadium events, year-round, shift work including evening, overnight and weekend shifts
