Raw Milk Receiver: 2nd Shift Tues - Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize it to quality specifications
• Scale all incoming and outgoing milk loads
• Operate, troubleshoot, and clean the milk separator
• Operate lab equipment in support of milk testing
• Receive liquid chemical trucks
• Perform all raw CIPs and cleaning of equipment
• Perform all raw preventive maintenance tasks
• Separate raw milk as required to support batching needs
• Record all milk and truckload data in SAP
• Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Practice good housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operation
• Stand for long periods of time
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in the English language

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

8 Hour Shift
Tuesday - Saturday, 2 pm - 10:30 pm
