About the role
The primary responsibility of the Dairy/Milk Loader is to ensure the timely and accurate loading of milk into trucks for distribution.
Responsibilities
- Load milk into trucks according to specified protocols and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment used is in good working order and properly maintained.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors to coordinate loading activities.
- Monitor loading efficiency and make adjustments as necessary to meet production targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in loading and unloading vehicles.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy containers.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Skills
- Proficient in operating loading equipment.
- Knowledge of dairy industry standards and regulations.
