Rates File Maintenance Analyst

Position Summary

The Rates File Maintenance Analyst will work closely with the Sales team, Yield Management, Invoice Research and other internal teams. They will be responsible for working with customers to load rates accurately and timely into Pyle’s internal system, auditing invoices for accuracy, updating pricing letters, approving My Pyle and API quoting requests, processing customer volume incentives, and representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED. Higher education levels are welcome but not required.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with specific deadlines.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous LTL Pricing experience, transportation, logistics, customer service, sales, and/or rates experience is encouraged, not required.
