Rapid Response Security Officer - $22/hr

About the role

The Rapid Response Officer reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and fills in at various client sites. This role offers full-time hours without a fixed "home base" location.

Schedule

• Varying shifts, Monday through Sunday (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
• Flexible availability is required
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week

Pay

Starting pay: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and client staff in a professional and motivated manner
• Maintain excellent observational and de-escalation skills, remaining calm under pressure
• Communicate effectively with global and local security teams
• Uphold ethical practices and follow all safety protocols
• Stand and walk for long periods of time

Requirements

• Flexibility to work any potential open shift during the week
• Willingness to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area (most sites are within a 30-mile radius of Bedford, NH)
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card (assistance provided)

• No prior security experience necessary
