What is a Rapid Response Officer?

The Rapid Response Officer is part of an elite, adaptable team reporting directly to the Field Operations Supervisor. They learn multiple locations, enabling rapid growth in the security field.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, professional, adaptable, and ready to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments
• Flexible availability (1st & 2nd and/or 3rd shift)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School diploma
• 18 years old or over
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card
