Rapid Response Security Officer - $22.50+/hr

About the role

The Rapid Response Officer is part of an elite, highly adaptable team that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor, helping to fill in at various sites as needed. They learn multiple locations instead of one home site, allowing for rapid growth in the security field as they become a well-rounded, agile officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term coverage for 1st or 2nd shift openings during the Day team.
• Provide short-term coverage all other shifts during the overnight hours as part of the Night team.
• Work closely with clients and client staff, ensuring professionalism and readiness to learn.
• Adapt to flexible availability, including 1st & 2nd and/or 3rd shift work.
• Travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area.

Requirements

• Dependable, professional, adaptable, and ready to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments.
• Flexible availability (1st & 2nd and/or 3rd shift).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old or over.
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card.
