The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse serves as a hospital-wide resource, responding to emergency events such as Code Blue, Code White, and traumas. They provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, while educating patients and families about managing their illness and post-treatment needs. The role involves promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements
