Radiology Technologist (Part-Time Weekender Days)

About the Role

This position involves performing imaging procedures such as CT and X-Rays independently, supporting patient care, and assisting healthcare staff.

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment
• Conduct exams according to policies and regulations
• Document results and perform basic clinical procedures under supervision
• Collect lab samples and perform quality control, routine maintenance, and proficiency testing
• Maintain detailed records
• Act as an ER Technician when needed
• Travel between facility locations
• Participate in staff meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Radiology preferred
• Certified radiologic technologist and ARRT registration required
• CT certification required within 12 months if not already obtained
• Current BLS certification
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience; CT and ER experience preferred
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, PACS, and good communication skills in English
