Part-Time CT/Radiology Technologist (Weekender Days)

About the role

Perform various imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Assist healthcare staff by providing technical support and patient care.
• Conduct imaging exams following policies, procedures, and regulations, notifying physicians of results.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under medical supervision.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Collect laboratory samples, perform lab testing, and ensure quality control.
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and quality assessments.
• Retain analytic records for a minimum of two years.
• Support quality assurance activities and proficiency testing.
• Perform duties as an ER Technician when needed.
• Travel to multiple facility locations and participate in meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; graduation from an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program.
• Registration as a radiologic technologist (ARRT) required; CT certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• 2+ years of radiologic/imaging experience; 1+ years of CT and ER experience preferred.
• Proficiency with imaging hardware, software, and PACS; fluency in English.
