Radiology Technologist - New Graduate

About the role

Support patient imaging needs as a Radiology Technologist, producing clear X-ray images, positioning patients, and performing procedures using portable and standard equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment
• Process films for interpretation
• Collaborate within the department to meet goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved radiological training program
• ARRT registration or eligibility
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of patient care experience
• IV certification
• Cross-training in other modalities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read labels and operate monitors
• Lift and transfer patients
• Navigate busy environments
• Frequent manual dexterity, standing, walking, and communication
