Radiology Technologist - Multi-Modality

About the role

Operates radiology equipment to perform diagnostic procedures, primarily in CT and X-Ray specialties, supporting physicians in disease diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic procedures following safety standards and physician requests.
• Selects appropriate technical settings, develops treatment plans, and implements protocols.
• Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and collects quality data.
• Provides bedside support in emergency and inpatient settings, assisting with patient stabilization and life support.
• Monitors patient conditions, reports concerns, and performs laboratory sample collection and testing per regulations.
• Supports patient registration and hospital protocols, and prepares patient meals as ordered.
• Supports a positive patient experience and performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiology Technology Program.
• ARRT(R) certification, BLS certification within 14 days, with a plan to obtain registry if new graduate.
• Understanding of radiologic principles, proper technique, and positioning.
• Ability to follow instructions, plan, and organize work effectively.

Requirements

• State licensure as required.
• Ability to perform routine lab testing and quality controls.
