Radiology Technician II

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic Radiographic and Fluoroscopic examinations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Aids in callback coverage when necessary.
• Responsible for the independent operation of x-ray equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations.
• Maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times.
• Increases level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve.
• Exhibits excellent customer service skills for our patients and physician referral base.

Requirements

• ARRT, CRT, venipuncture certificate and Fluoro permit.
• CPR/AED and maintain throughout employment.
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
