Responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily
• Coordinate and schedule radiology appointments
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of computer proficiency
• At least 1 year of healthcare customer service experience

Preferred Skills

• Call center experience
• Medical front office duties
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Radiology knowledge

Pay

$16.00 – $29.00 per hour
