About the role

Radia is seeking a Radiology Patient Care Assistant to join their radiology team. The position involves assisting technologists in performing basic patient care and general receptionist duties to ensure efficient radiology imaging examinations and services. The role works independently on routine assignments and applies established procedures.

Requirements

• Maintain current CPR skills.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.
• Proven proficiency in operating: telephone, fax machine, basic computer/keyboard skills, film processor, film duplication equipment, film flasher, and copy machine.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Licenses, registrations, or certifications: Must maintain current CPR skills.
• Previous office experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Previous patient care experience in a medical environment preferred.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
• Proven proficiency in operating: telephone, fax machine, basic computer/keyboard skills, film processor, film duplication equipment, film flasher, and copy machine.
