Radiology Manager

About the role

Manages a high-volume imaging center with multiple radiology modalities, a lab, and patient access departments. Demonstrates accountability for personnel and financial management to ensure quality patient outcomes across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Oversees daily operations 24/7, with responsibilities including staffing, equipment evaluation, service planning, and communication within the department to deliver efficient, accurate care. Ensures quality through performance improvement activities and promotes ongoing staff education for continuous improvement and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of clinical or supervisory experience in radiology, with knowledge of radiology equipment
• Proficiency in radiology concepts, principles, and techniques, with certification eligibility through ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB
• Strong management skills, training, and licensure in radiologic technology
• Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire
