About the role

The Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine of Rowan University invites applications for a faculty position in Radiology. Preference is for a full-time, 12-month academic position at the rank of Instructor, Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. However, applications for part-time positions will be considered. Appointment may be in a tenure or clinical track depending on the qualifications and goals of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the development and delivery of an integrated veterinary curriculum constructed around organ systems.
• Provide diagnostic imaging services for the SSVM teaching hospital.
• Contribute to creative scholarly activity that advances the discipline of veterinary diagnostic imaging through the creation and dissemination of new knowledge.

Requirements

• Completion of a radiology residency training program with board-certification (or board-eligibility), ACVR or ECVDI.
• Demonstrated experience teaching veterinary students in a clinical setting, strongly preferred.
• Currently licensed in or eligible for licensure in NJ.

• DVM or equivalent degree.

Skills

Pay

Salary Range: In compliance with the State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $290,000. When extending any salary offer, Rowan University considers many factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, work experience, education, training, key skills, internal equity, as well as market and other organizational considerations.
