Radiology CT Technologist

About the role

A CT Technologist performs computed tomography imaging procedures, reviews patient history, administers contrast media, and ensures the production of high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

• Conduct imaging procedures based on physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition throughout the procedure.
• Implement best practices for image clarity and equipment functionality.
• Perform 3-D post-processing as needed.
• Review patient history prior to imaging.
• Administer contrast media safely and effectively.
• Respond to patient needs and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Ensure image quality and equipment performance meet standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered or registry-eligible with ARRT in CT.
• Current BLS certification.
• No prior experience required.
