Radiology and Imaging Manager

Join a dynamic healthcare leadership role as a Radiology and Imaging Manager, overseeing a large multidisciplinary department with over 35 staff members.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, budgets, staffing, supply orders, and equipment issues to ensure seamless imaging services.
• Oversee employee performance, development, and performance reviews, with responsibility for 60‑75% of department staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve member concerns.
• Monitor exam volumes, resource allocation, and develop business cases for improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist or related field.
• 3 years in a supervisory role with direct reports.
• Completion of a diagnostic imaging program, a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Licenses or certifications in nuclear medicine, sonography, or radiologic technology.
• Knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation, managed care, and healthcare systems.
