Role Overview The Radiology Aide provides patient and family orientation, assists with patient movement within the facility, and ensures timely access to exam areas. They troubleshoot patient needs, communicate effectively with staff, and support all clinical service access. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating compassion, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
