Radiologist Support Specialist

About the role

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Radiology Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. The role is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls
• Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams
• Resolve issues for Radiologists through client contact or IT support
• Execute critical finding and super-stat requests
• Manage workflow gaps involving diagnostic information, patient orders, and physician resources
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clinical teams and colleagues
• Generate and implement process improvement ideas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
• Radiology certification is a plus

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
