Radiologist Support Specialist
About the role
RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Radiology Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. The role is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls
- Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams
- Resolve issues for Radiologists through client contact or IT support
- Execute critical finding and super-stat requests
- Manage workflow gaps involving diagnostic information, patient orders, and physician resources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clinical teams and colleagues
- Generate and implement process improvement ideas
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
- Radiology certification is a plus
Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with multiple information systems
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
