Patient Services Specialist/ Radiology Support Services

About the role

The Patient Services Specialist 3 position is located at UW Medicine Montlake Radiology Services and offers full-time day shift work from 9:30am-6:00pm, with the option to work remotely within a 2-hour commute to the UW Tower.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: Minimum $21.63/hour, Maximum $30.91/hour
