About the role
Part-time state role performing diagnostic radiography and EKGs in a behavioral health and developmental services setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographs in a timely manner upon receiving physicians’ requests.
- Safely and precisely execute radiographs while using the least amount of radiation necessary.
- Correctly perform EKGs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Additional Considerations
- Experience with radiology in an in-patient healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of math, reading, writing, physics, and medical terminology preferred.
- Computer skills required.
- Licensed by the State of Virginia preferred.
Pay
$27.50 per hour.
