Radiographer - Full-Time - Days

About the role

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs Radiologic procedures for the evaluation of pathological entities as ordered by a physician. Performs related functions according to department protocols.

Responsibilities

• Determines appropriate radiographic techniques, positioning, and safety practices with independent judgment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Maintains the required hours of continued education.

Certifications/Licensures

• Registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible.
• If registry is eligible, registry must be obtained within 12 months of date of hire.
• Healthcare Provider certification required (BCLS).
