About the role

Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Bradenton, Florida, has been serving the community for over 70 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval. With over 800 physicians, residents, and allied health professionals, MMH offers advanced healthcare services including cardiac care, emergency care, surgery services, weight-loss programs, orthopedic services, radiology, rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care, and women’s and children’s services. It also provides a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and a pediatric therapy center.

Responsibilities

The Director of Radiology/Imaging is responsible for:

  • Expanding market reach and promoting clinical service offerings
  • Driving increased patient acquisition across the designated service area
  • Strategically planning, implementing, and evaluating outreach initiatives to improve relationships within the healthcare community
  • Ensuring service line expansion, new referral source identification, and overall volume growth
  • Partnering with hospital leadership to enhance patient access, experience, and retention
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Demonstrating Service Excellence at all times

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years healthcare leadership experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year clinical management/operations experience
