About the role

The Department of Radiation Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a skilled, BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to work full-time at their hospitals in the Catawba Division. This community-based practice uses a streamlined, multidisciplinary approach to provide high quality, compassionate care to patients in the Lancaster and the surrounding communities. This is a phenomenal opportunity to take part in starting up a brand new, state-of-the-art cancer center and to build a great new team in Radiation Oncology as the Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Work at the MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Pavilion
• Serve a unique patient population in Lancaster and the surrounding communities

Requirements

• Candidates must be MD/DO and BC/BE
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of South Carolina
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certification in Radiation Oncology
• Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
