We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections present: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about role. We'll create sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Skills, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Pay, Schedule, Benefits? The posting mentions benefits: "We care about your well-being... generous benefits package". So we can include Benefits section with that description. Pay: hourly range given. Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours), Monday - Friday. Also location details maybe not needed as heading but could be in About the role? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location etc can be in a short p maybe under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can combine similar info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Job Description paragraph: "The Manager Oncology Services leads Radiation Oncology operations and teams to achieve clinical, operational, and financial excellence. Working collaboratively with physician and administrative leadership, this position oversees staff development, quality and safety initiatives, strategic planning, operational performance, and workforce management to ensure exceptional patient care and service line success." Then there is a line: "If you are interested in learning more about this role or about Intermountain Health, click here to schedule time with me!" That's application instruction? It's a call to action; we should remove application instructions. So drop that line. Posting Specifics: Shift Details: Full-time (40 Hours), Monday - Friday Unit/Location: Good Samaritan Hospital Additional Details: Please review Minimum Qualifications listed below before applying. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Radiation Therapist with leadership experience. The team works out of Aria and Epic. We are looking for someone who is ready to help grow the practice with a new Provider! Are you interested in advancing your career while helping people live the healthiest lives possible? As a Radiation Oncology Manager at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care. At Intermountain, you will be part of a team that values career advancement, innovation and collaboration, where your skills are valued, and your contributions make a lasting impact. What does it mean to be a caregiver with Intermountain? Check out this video and learn more and discover the “Power of We.” That's promotional; we may keep some but remove video link? It's not substantive? Might be considered boilerplate? Probably we can keep the descriptive sentences about role and values but remove the video link and "Check out this video". We'll keep sentences that describe role and values. Essential Functions: list of duties (many sentences). We'll convert each sentence into
  • maybe. Skills: list of skills separated by spaces? Actually "Skills Patient CareClinical TrainingClinical PracticeClinical LeadershipClinical DevelopmentLeadershipStrategic AcumenCommunicationAccountabilityCollaborationPerformance ImprovementsRegulatory RequirementsBuilding RelationshipsTeam BuildingDocumentation". That seems like a list without separators. We'll need to parse into items: Patient Care, Clinical Training, Clinical Practice, Clinical Leadership, Clinical Development, Leadership, Strategic Acumen, Communication, Accountability, Collaboration, Performance Improvements, Regulatory Requirements, Building Relationships, Team Building, Documentation. We'll output as
    • each. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. At least two years of previous leadership or supervisory experience. Appropriate clinical licensure for scope of work in state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. Three years of management experience in Oncology. Active Radiation Therapist license. Physical Requirements: list of requirements. Could be a section? Not specified heading but we could include under Requirements? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put Physical Requirements under Requirements? Or maybe we create a Requirements section and include both Minimum Qualifications and Physical Requirements? But we already have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications separate. Could combine them under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications heading containing both minimum and preferred? But they also listed Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as separate bullet points. We could keep them as subheadings? Not allowed; only use

      for section headings. Could have

      Qualifications

      then inside have

      Minimum Qualifications: ...

      and

      Preferred Qualifications: ...

. That seems okay. Similarly, Requirements could include Physical Requirements? Or we could have a separate Requirements section for Physical Requirements. But we already have Qualifications; maybe we put Physical Requirements under Requirements heading. Schedule: we have Full-time (40 Hours), Monday - Friday. Pay: hourly range $51.73 - $79.87. Benefits: description about generous benefits package. Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, Work City Lafayette, Work State Colorado. Could be included in About the role paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location details somewhere. Let's craft sections:

Check each sentence from Essential Functions: we need to ensure we captured all. Let's re-evaluate original Essential Functions text: "Evaluates service needs and volumes and adjusts staffing levels accordingly. We have all except maybe "Participate in fiscal accountability..." we have as "Participates in fiscal accountability..." good. "Participate in establishing mechanisms..." we have as "Participates in establishing mechanisms..." good. "Coordinate with leadership..." we have as "Coordinates with leadership..." good. Now Skills section. We need to parse the skills string: "Patient CareClinical TrainingClinical PracticeClinical LeadershipClinical DevelopmentLeadershipStrategic AcumenCommunicationAccountabilityCollaborationPerformance ImprovementsRegulatory RequirementsBuilding RelationshipsTeam BuildingDocumentation" We'll split at each capital letter after a lower case? Simpler: manually list as above. We'll output
