Jacobs · West Des Moines, IA · 1 mo ago
Manufacturing$75k–$112k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about Jacobs mission etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Jacobs"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections are present. The posting includes: - Intro: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow..." That's about company and role. Could be "About the role" or "About Jacobs". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - Then "Your impact At Jacobs..." describing role. - Then "We’re seeking a Junior Radiation Health Physicist to support projects..." describing responsibilities. - Then details about projects: field implementations, assessments, etc. That's responsibilities. - Then "Must have experience in environmental projects that evaluate soil, groundwater, surface water, or sediments." That's requirement. - Then "Projects could be executed under EPA, NRC, Agreement States, USACE, or Tribal Agency authority..." more responsibilities. - Then "It is expected that field tasks would be required..." responsibilities. - Then "Additionally, characterizing radiological materials..." responsibilities. - Then "In addition, there may be times where you are involved with general environmental field and project tasks..." responsibilities. - Then "A balance of remote and office work is expected, and preference will be given to candidates located in California. Time in the field may typically be approximately 50%, with the occasional span where travel may be more heavy than 50%." This could be Schedule? Actually schedule: remote/office balance, field time. Could be "Schedule" or "Work arrangement". Since we have Schedule heading allowed, we can include schedule info. - Then "The position offers the opportunity to elevate your Health Physics career working with and being mentored..." This is maybe "Qualifications" or "Opportunities". Could be "Qualifications" or "Benefits"? Actually it's about development opportunities. Could be "Qualifications" or "Skills"? Might be "Qualifications" (desired qualifications). But we already have a Requirements section for must-have. Could treat this as "Qualifications" (preferred). However we also have a separate "Skills" heading allowed. Could put leadership, writing, presenting under Skills. - Then "Opportunities for leadership and ownership on projects are expected and developing technical as well as project management skills will be further developed." That's skills. - Then "Writing clearly, presenting technical approaches, and justifying decisions are essential..." skills. - Then "Bring your curiosity, collaborative attitude, desire for leadership, to our team and we’ll help you grow." skills. - Then "We will help you pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can improve lives together." maybe benefits? Not specific. - Then "Here's what you'll need B.S. degree in Radiation Health Physics or Engineering.Experience with environmental and remediation programs. Ideally, You’ll Also Have Experience radiological investigations or BRAC closures." That's Requirements/Qualifications. - Then "Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Your health. Your well-being. Your security. Your future. Employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount. Eligible employees may also enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan. Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock." That's Benefits. - Then "The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $112,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training." That's Pay. - Then EEO statement etc to remove. - Then "Job posted on July 08, 2026. This position will be open for at least 3 days." That's metadata; we can drop or put in short p. Probably drop as minor metadata. - Then more about GID etc. That's maybe about company culture; could be part of About the role? Might be boilerplate but not EEO. It's about collaboration, hybrid working policy. Could be part of About the role or maybe Schedule? It mentions hybrid working policy. Could be part of Schedule or Work arrangement. But we already have Schedule covering remote/office and field time. Could add more about hybrid working policy under Schedule or maybe a separate section like "Work Arrangement". But only allowed headings are those listed; we could incorporate into Schedule or About the role. - Then "Your application experience is important to us..." that's application instructions; remove. - Then "If you require further support or reasonable adjustments..." that's accommodation statement; could be considered boilerplate but maybe keep? It's about recruitment process; could be considered application instructions; better to remove. Thus we need to produce HTML with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content for each. Let's extract content for each. About the role: Could combine introductory paragraphs about Jacobs mission and role impact. Let's craft a concise paragraph(s) preserving all substantive info, not inventing. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all details from posting, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the information as is, but we can format into HTML. It's okay to copy sentences. Thus we need to include all details: mission statement, impact, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule, hybrid policy, location preference, etc. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, accommodation statement. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract each piece. Now we need to structure. Potential sections:
