Job Summary

Offers CT and radiographic services in a professional, service-oriented, and radiation-safe manner.

Education

Position requires high school diploma or equivalent with successful completion of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology.

Registration/Certification/Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, required.
• Maryland licensure, required.

Experience

Previous Radiography and multi-slice CT experience, required.

Other Requirements

• Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
• Effectively communicates with all patient populations and staff by implementing organization-wide communication techniques as a daily practice.
• Effectively advocates for quality patient safety and satisfaction as a daily practice.
