About the Leader
Rachel Guest holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and is a licensed interior designer as well as an accredited LEED AP professional. She joined Poss in 2016, rising through the ranks to become Principal and Director of Poss Interior Design in 2019, a Partner in 2022, and Vice President of Interior Design in 2025. With over 25 years of experience, Rachel brings exceptional depth and expertise to every project. She leads business development efforts at Poss, combining creative and strategic talents with a distinctive design process that blends artistry, technology, and innovative techniques.
