Responsible for researching, designing, testing, and implementing new products, technologies, materials, and process improvements that optimize manufacturing and site access operations.

- Research, design, and develop innovative technologies, materials, and automated systems.
- Lead multiple R&D and product development projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Collaborate with R&D, plant personnel, and operations leadership.
