This role will support the development of new ingredient technologies through laboratory synthesis, process development, scale-up, and commercialization activities while partnering closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams. The R&D Engineer II Will Be Responsible For Conducting lab-scale synthesis and process development experiments for new ingredient technologies.Supporting the development, optimization, and scale-up of chemical manufacturing processes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization efforts.Evaluating new feedstocks, chemistries, and process technologies to support innovation initiatives.Supporting technical transfer activities from laboratory development through pilot and commercial manufacturing.Assisting with troubleshooting and process improvement efforts for commercial products and manufacturing processes.Documenting experimental results, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. The R&D Engineer II Should Have The Following Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related engineering discipline.4+ years of relevant industry experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.Experience with chemical synthesis, process development, or scale-up activities.Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and technical transfer principles.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
