The global Research and Development (R&D) leadership team supports this avenue to build our next generation of leaders in science and engineering. Our Positions Could Include Experiences Such As Plan and conduct laboratory research projects in areas of food, medical packaging, or protective packaging Work with Application Experts in their field Participate as a member of a project team Present to Leadership Teams at the end of each rotation Each session of the program is developed to be a project assignment. The participant will complete a formal presentation to higher level leadership about the outcomes at the end of each session. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Completed at least 1.5 years towards a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited university2.5 or higher GPAAuthorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorshipMust be able to handle and be in direct contact with raw meat and protein productsAble to provide own transportation to the co-op locationAbility to travel to customer locations and work in an industrial environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledgeable about general lab and machine shop practicesStrong hands-on skillsCreative and a strong problem solverAbility to work independently with limited supervisionGood written and verbal communication skills Compensation/Benefits Pay range: $23-$26/hr$1200 monthly housing stipend if commuting 50 miles or more from work location.
