QVC Bilingual Customer Service - 2nd Shift

About the role

Our bilingual Customer Service Specialist supports QVC by handling inbound Spanish and English customer calls. Working from home, Specialists assist customers by problem-solving, de-escalating unique situations, promoting products, and improving sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume.

Where you'll work

This role is remote; candidates must reside in Virginia or an approved QVC state.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
• Manage calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
• Work a set full-time schedule, including a weekend shift each week.

Requirements

• Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Communicate effectively using a variety of styles.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following QVC’s system requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems independently (partner with IT when needed).
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.

Pay

$15.00 per hour, plus a $0.60 bilingual differential. Additional shift differential and incentives may apply where applicable.
