Quinn Allen contacted us to upgrade the original white builder-grade windows on his beautiful brick home with cream-colored siding in Powell, OH. Inspired by a neighbor’s black-window transformation, Quinn wanted a bold, modern look with sleek black frames to contrast the brick and cream tones, along with top-tier energy efficiency for year-round comfort.

Solutions Provided

• Full black-on-black design: matte black exterior frames, black interior frames, and a black spacer system for a seamless, contemporary look.
• Specialty grid pattern: one vertical grid on the top sash only, with an unobstructed bottom sash for a clean, airy view.
• Premium I-89 glass package with 366 low-E coating for outstanding energy efficiency, improved insulation, and utility savings.

Results

Quinn is thrilled with the transformation. The home now features a dramatically modern and upscale appearance, with black frames enhancing curb appeal and standing out in the neighborhood.
