QuickBooks Online Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Provide accounting and bookkeeping SME support to QBL Leads and QBL Experts.
Oversee the Highspring delivery team.
Coach and develop team members on customer service and accuracy.
Define and execute governance and quality control processes.
Serve as the escalation point for Intuit.
Address resource, staffing, and quality concerns.
Drive process improvements and operational optimization.
Qualifications
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
