Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following all dealership and factory standards.
- Drain, replace, and refill oil; replace oil and air filters.
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels as needed.
- Check and adjust tire pressure.
- Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain required parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Account for dealership-owned tools and equipment.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of needed repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates of additional repair times.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
