Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood is a busy dealership with steady customer traffic, strong team support, and plenty of room to grow. We're looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you're not just the middle person between the customer and the shop. You're the face of the service department and a trusted guide for our customers. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's needs, keep them informed throughout the service process, and build relationships that keep them coming back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs and services are completed correctly the first time
• Manage service appointments, schedules, and customer follow-ups
• Keep customers informed and ensure they have a positive service experience
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, communication, and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service, customer service, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A calm, professional approach, especially when things get busy
• A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
• A willingness to learn and grow

Schedule

• No evenings and no guessing about your schedule
• Reliable Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift

Pay

• $3,400 per month
