Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for Quick Lane services.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services.
- Cook up coordination with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Prepare service estimates and handle customer authorization for repairs.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional needs.
- Process service orders, payments, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming Quick Lane environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn dealership management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
