Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Tire Loader / Unloader and become a vital part of our warehouse operations. As a key player on the third shift, you’ll be responsible for safely loading and unloading tires and related materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload tires using a manual pallet jack, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures diligently during all warehouse activities.
- Support warehouse management by maintaining organized storage areas and updating warehouse management system records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of load & unload operations while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have reliable and constant transportation.
- Self‑responsibility.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Preferences (not required): warehouse experience, physical/manual labor experience, pallet jack experience.
Pay
This position is commission‑based. Pay is determined per trailer completed per day, with trailers ranging from $40‑$100 each. After the first week of training, earnings can reach up to $200 per day or $1,000 per week. Average weekly earnings for lumpers are $700‑$1,000. The amount of work you put in directly reflects on your paycheck. A listed salary range is $700‑$900 per week.
Schedule
3rd Shift – Monday through Friday, 4 pm to 2 am. Overtime is available.
