3rd Shift (Day Time Shift) Tire Loaders/Unloaders

About the role

This is a manual labor position loading and unloading tires of various sizes and weights onto pallets or racks and moving them to a staging area using a pallet jack. The role requires standing, walking, stooping, crouching, and lifting products ranging from 5 lbs to 100 lbs during a 12‑hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires by hand onto pallets/racks
• Transport tires to staging area using a pallet jack
• Stand, walk, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift
• Lift products weighing 5 lbs to 100 lbs

Requirements

• Ability to perform manual labor for 12‑hour shifts
• Capable of lifting 5 lbs–100 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, walking, stooping, and crouching
• Entry‑level; no prior experience required

Pay

Production‑based pay ranging from $500 to $1,100 per week, paid weekly on Fridays. There is no cap on earnings; pay increases with the total weight of tires loaded/unloaded.

Schedule

Wednesday–Friday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (12‑hour shift). This is a day‑shift schedule despite the job title.
