3rd Shift Tire Loader (Lumper)

About the role

Loading and unloading tires using pallet jacks. Manually stack the tires on the pallet and use the equipment available to move pallets in and out of trailers. This is a simple but physically demanding job where you determine your paycheck and pace of work.

Pay is commission-based, meaning you earn per trailer completed per day. Trailers range from $40-$100 per truck, with payout determined by the weight of the load. After completing your first week of training, you can earn up to $200 a day or $1,000 a week. Average earnings range from $700-$1,000 per week, depending on your effort.

Requirements

• Must have reliable and constant transportation
• Self-responsibility
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Preferences

Experience in the following areas is preferred but not required:

• Warehouse experience
• Physical/manual labor experience
• Forklift experience
• Pallet jack experience

Pay

$700.00 - $1,000.00 per week (commission-based, with potential to earn up to $1,000 weekly after training).

Supplemental pay type: Commission pay.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift starting at 8pm
• Monday through Thursday
