3rd Shift Truck Loader

About the role

We are currently hiring a full-time Loader to support our growing operations. This 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday nights, with Friday and Saturday nights off, plus a 10% shift differential for overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders accurately and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Efficiently juggle tasks, updating team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep, loading trust and reliability into every order leaving the dock.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail skills and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, including verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to complete work on time, following safety and security procedures.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move 75 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Training and certification on each individual piece of equipment provided by the company.

Pay

$16 - $19 per hour.
