Job Responsibilities
- Loading: Load 53ft trailers "high and tight" using a pallet jack to transport pallets/racks inside the trailer.
- Loading: Scan a barcode on each pallet before taking it inside the trailer.
- Loading: Lift and load tires of varying sizes and weights (5lbs/100lbs).
- Loading: Complete trailer loading within 2 hours once trained.
- Unloading: Unload fully packed trailers or containers onto pallets/racks.
- Unloading: Transport unloaded pallets/racks back into the trailer using a pallet jack.
- Unloading: Ensure tires are not mixed during unloading.
- Unloading: Complete trailer unloading within 1-3 hours once trained.
Job Requirements
- Show up on time and stay the full shift.
- Be self-motivated.
- Have a consistent rate of production.
- Able to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift.
- Communicate effectively.
Safety Requirements
- Wear steel-toed or composite-toed shoes.
- Wear a company-provided safety vest.
- Stretch before the shift.
Pay
- Paid per 100lbs moved.
- Pay day is each Friday.
- Average weekly pay: $500–$700.
- Top performers earn $1100 plus a week.
- Pay is based on production, which increases over time after training is complete.
