3rd Shift Tire Loaders/Unloaders

Job Responsibilities

• Loading: Load 53ft trailers "high and tight" using a pallet jack to transport pallets/racks inside the trailer.
• Loading: Scan a barcode on each pallet before taking it inside the trailer.
• Loading: Lift and load tires of varying sizes and weights (5lbs/100lbs).
• Loading: Complete trailer loading within 2 hours once trained.
• Unloading: Unload fully packed trailers or containers onto pallets/racks.
• Unloading: Transport unloaded pallets/racks back into the trailer using a pallet jack.
• Unloading: Ensure tires are not mixed during unloading.
• Unloading: Complete trailer unloading within 1-3 hours once trained.

Job Requirements

• Show up on time and stay the full shift.
• Be self-motivated.
• Have a consistent rate of production.
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift.
• Communicate effectively.

Safety Requirements

• Wear steel-toed or composite-toed shoes.
• Wear a company-provided safety vest.
• Stretch before the shift.

Pay

• Paid per 100lbs moved.
• Pay day is each Friday.
• Average weekly pay: $500–$700.
• Top performers earn $1100 plus a week.
• Pay is based on production, which increases over time after training is complete.
