Time-sensitive responsibility: Ensures swift action to mitigate production downtime risks caused by quality issues.
Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitates alignment across teams to drive resolution and maintain operational continuity.
Workload balance: Reduces the burden on other team members currently handling these tasks, thereby improving overall morale and productivity.

Requirements
