Quality/Test Engineer 2
Job Summary
This position will greatly help manage and disposition Process Change Notifications and Deviations. It is a critical role and the catalyst to gathering cross functional teams together to resolve issues. It is a time sensitive role to mitigate the production downtime risk due to quality issues. It will greatly improve the morale of team via reducing the overload of work from others in this role.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to Investigate supplier and operational quality issues and ensure the issues to be well defined and communicated to the cross-functional team.
- Assess the impact of the issues and work with cross-functional teams to liaison a path forward to disposition in order to mitigate production line downtime risk.
- Manage the coordination and disposition of the nonconformance through Process Change Notifications or Deviations.
- Help root cause analysis and provide fact & data-based information to concerned parties for problem solving.
- Manage deviation and process change requests.
- Support NPI projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/science
- ASQ CQE certification
Pay
