Quality Technician Lead

Up to $32/hour | Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform roving product and process audits on the shop floor, coaching closure of non-conformances
• Program and maintain automated measurement equipment (Keyence, OGP, CMM, Roboworker)
• Confirm measurements and results, assisting with data entry and tracking in Excel and SAP
• Create golden samples and sort instructions, and support gage calibration
• Train and coordinate team member activities on the floor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant quality/manufacturing experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SAP (or aptitude to be trained)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria
