Quality Technician - 1st Shift

About the role

@HYVE Solutions seeks two Quality Engineering Technicians to support key quality areas including Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Continuous Improvement, ISO 9001 compliance, and QA operations.

Responsibilities

• Track supplier issues and verify incoming parts
• Closed supplier-related defects faster
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes and support corrective and preventive actions
• Auxiliary with audits, documentation, and corrective action tracking to maintain ISO readiness
• Provide QA coverage across both shifts to reduce issue carryover, improve response time, and increase efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
